Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MHTSdigiXR Universal Converter ("the App"), built by Maanagarram Hi Tech Solutions (MHTSdigiXR). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Using the App

The App lets you convert, scan, print and manage files. Some features run entirely in your browser or device; others (Office document conversion, PDF batch tools, OCR) use our servers. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the App, and you're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Your account

• You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password secure.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls, or violate these terms.

3. Plans and features

The App offers Free and Premium tiers. Free covers core browser-local conversions, the Print Centre, local history, and basic PDF tools. Premium unlocks OCR, batch PDF tools and related capabilities. Premium is currently granted manually; if paid billing is introduced in the future, separate pricing terms will apply and you'll be notified before any charge.

4. Your files and content

You retain all rights to the files you convert, scan or process using the App. We don't claim ownership over your content. Files processed on our servers (for formats that require it) are handled only to perform the requested conversion and are automatically deleted afterward — see our Privacy Policy for details. You're responsible for having the right to upload and process any file you submit.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the App to process content that's illegal, infringes others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service. Don't use automated means to abuse rate limits or the OCR/AI features beyond normal personal or business use.

6. Third-party services

Certain features rely on third-party services (for example, OpenAI for OCR, and Cloudflare for CAPTCHA verification). Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the App available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the App evolves. We'll try to give notice of material changes where practical.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. MHTSdigiXR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including from conversion errors, data loss, or service interruptions — always keep your own backup of important files.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the App changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
